Supporting the development of the MCA campus is a responsibility taken on by the MCA Foundation. It does this through master planning, re-zoning, fund raising, as well as through the purchase of property.

The MCA Foundation manages its properties through two entities:  MCAmericas Realty, Inc. and MCA Tech Park, Inc.  Both are governed by a single board of directors.

MCAmericas Realty, Inc.  

MCAmericas Realty is a 501(c)2 real estate holding company. It currently manages the MCA Foundation's property at 440 Raynolds, which is currently being leased to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

MCA Tech Park, Inc. 

MCA Tech Park, Inc. oversees development and maintenance of the 11.7 acres of land located at Gateway East and Colfax. This section of land, which is located within the MCA campus footprint, is being designated as El Paso's biomedical research and technology park, more succinctly named MCA Tech Park.  >>read about the MCA Tech Park

MCA Tech Park, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization created by the MCA Foundation as part of its strategic re-organizaton that resulted after the 2012 Economic Development Program Grant Agreement that the MCA entered into with the City of El Paso.
